Ingredients for Russian Salad:
 - 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
 - 2 cucumbers
 -Onion 1 piece
 - 2 pieces of American corn
 - Peas 400 gr
 - Spring rolls 400 gr
 -Mayonnaise sauce 260 gr
 - Vinegar 2 teaspoons
 - Soup powder 1/2 teaspoon
 -Common seasoning 1 little (salt/sugar/monosodium glutamate)
Peeled carrots, cut off the tails of cucumbers, peeled onions, all washed and then diced into separate bowls.
Boil 500ml of water, put boiling water in a bowl of onions and blanch 2-3 times, taste if the onions are not pungent, drain, then put them back in the bowl.
Using a pot of boiling water just used to blanch the onions, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, boil the potatoes and carrots in turn until cooked, take out to drain and cool down, then put in a bowl. Boil each type for about 5 minutes from the time the water boils.
Season in bowls of carrots, cucumbers, onions, and potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon each of seasonings including: soup powder, monosodium glutamate, sugar, vinegar, mix well and set aside.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, slowly add 260g of mayonnaise, mix well, try to see just enough of your greasiness.
You can put it on a plate to eat right away or put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before eating to cool it down, it will taste better!
This Russian salad is suitable as an appetizer for parties or as a substitute for stir-fries in everyday meals.
Can be served with boiled eggs, boiled quail eggs. The dish is suitable for all ages, especially children, when they are picky about vegetables, this is a great choice.
