Today, there are more and more nuclear families. I am a part of a nuclear family, too. My grandparents don't live with us but they live next to our house, and so do my cousins. Both nuclear and extended family have their disadvantages. There are 4 people in my family. If everyone is out, I will have to stay at home alone, which makes me feel so lonely. On the other side, because of having only 4 members, our family hardly had conflicts. Sharing household chores, having meals together, and talking to each other more are some of many ways to bridge the generation gap between parents and children.
