useful inventions in class. It's a smartphone. It's small 
and portable so you can take it to school. Smartphones are 
also cheaper than laptops. Smartphones provide students 
with access to tools and applications that can help them 
complete and stay on top of class work. Furthermore, smartphones 
help students find more information, letting them research more 
about a topic during class discussions. I think smartphones are 
a useful invention that makes our schoolwork easier if we use it 
effectively in class.

The airplane is one of the most important inventions of the 20th century. It revolutionized travel by making it possible for people to fly long distances quickly and easily. Before the airplane, people traveled by land or sea, which could be slow and dangerous. The airplane, on the other hand, can travel at speeds of hundreds of miles per hour and can reach destinations that are thousands of miles away in a matter of hours.

The airplane was invented by the Wright brothers, Orville and Wilbur, in 1903. The Wright brothers were bicycle mechanics who had been experimenting with gliders for several years. On December 17, 1903, they made the first successful powered flight of an airplane at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. Their airplane, the Flyer I, was a small, two-seater aircraft that flew for 12 seconds and covered a distance of 120 feet.

The first commercial airline, Deutsche Luftschiffahrts-Aktiengesellschaft (DELAG), was founded in Germany in 1909.
