I can see the similarities in those pictures. Firstly, both pictures show people who have just received an award in competitions. Secondly, I could see the people in those pictures are very cheerful, it's reasonable because their dedication has been recognized. Finally, all of them are individual awards.

Although the two pictures have some common things, they still have differences. The first one is the difference in kinds of competitions. The pic below is some kind of film or music award while the second is a kind of sports event. Moreover, the award for the sports event is given for the three best competitors, while there is only one trophy for the best actor or singer.
