-Personally, both I and my partner have different answers to each other. For me, job satisfaction is what I'm looking for if I want to keep moving up because it encourages me not to give up. However, my partner thinks that a large financial bonus is a way to solve this problem because he can use that money to develop his own work. Furthermore, a model or trophy isn't a thing that I'm looking for because it's just a temporary motivation for me. However, my partner thinks a medal or trophy can give him a good reputation and he can get respect from each other easily and I have no doubt about what he thought.

-Well, this is a quite common topic that our society is facing nowadays when we can't decide whether should we give a high salary to some specific professionals or not. Personally, I think it depends on the hours they work per week and their contribution to the company annually. I don't think a higher position means that they can get higher salary rather than workers because every job has its own means so that's the reason why social should pay more time to consider about this again.
