But some traits must be followed in order to gain the best result in team working, especially for team leader are Honest, Inspiring, competent, forward-looking, intelligent. First, a leader is a person who knows other members well, due to this, they have to be forward-looking to design a plan and best strategy further for the team. Also, they have to think logically during work time and of course, intelligence is the major point then. While working, leaders can only help other members be better by making tasks more challenging so they have to be competent to other groups to reach their limits. Nevertheless, whenever a team faces any obstacles and all the members already gave up, at that moment, the leader has to be inspiring to motivate them and always care about them. Thus, dishonesty is one of the worst sins for the person who takes that accountability. Therefore, any team leader who wants to bring the organization to the top must have these criteria.
