From my point of view, playing sports is suitable for children because they can take many advantages of it. First and foremost, playing sports is suitable for their health. Playing sports helps them reduce the percentage of obesity. Sports also help them decrease myopia ability. Secondly, playing sports also helps them communicate better. When they play sports with their friends, they talk to their friends so that they will have more friends. Finally, playing sports helps children work better in groups. When a child who wants to win, participates in team sports, they are forced to cooperate with others to win. From there, he or she will understand the role of teamwork. Taking it all into consideration, I think playing sports is the best activity children should do in their free time.
