Yesterday, in the morning, I had a breakfast with a slice of bread, some scrambled eggs and a glass of cow's milk. At lunch, I enjoyed a meal at the cafeteria. My lunch has main dishes including fried shrimp, soup, fried beans and indispensable rice. The dessert has apple juice. At night, my family and I eat dinner together. The sumptuous dinner includes: crab soup for appetizer, fried fish, beef, ham, green vegetables and noodles.

X. 2/ Yesterday morning, I started the day with coffee with soy creamer. For lunch I had rombi pasta, Don't Have A Cow ‘beef’ crumbles and 1/2 a tomato cooked up in garlic olive oil, served with a with a splash of ketchup. I had a big bowl of popcorn cooked in peanut oil with sea salt and nutritional yeast mid afternoon. For dinner I ate a dip made with cucumber, tomato, basil, cilantro, salsa, dried retried beans, Tofutti sour cream, and just mayo, scooped up with yellow tortilla chips. I drank lots of water with lemon, turmeric and ginger. I had a few squares of dark chocolate after dinner.
