I take a shower at 5.30. I eat a big lunch at a restaurant with my family. I watch TV at 8.00. I go to bed at 10.00 p.m.

Today, I would like tell you about my activities in my free time. I always listen to music with my younger sister to relaxed after a busy day after school and music helps you sleep better, music reduces the risk of depression. I reading books improve my English and Reading is the best way to absorb world culture and enrich your knowledge. Reading helps stimulate the brain's nerves, reduce memory loss, keep the brain active, and avoid aging. If we do reading books many times, we will become smarter. I like reading books and listening to music
