The Viet is the main ethnic group,  accounting for about 85,3% of Vietnam's population and is officially called the Kinh to distinguish it from ethnic minorities in Vietnam . They live everywhere in the country. The language they speak is Vietnamese standard accent. Vietnamese literature has existed for a long time and has been passed down by word of mouth through ancient traditions, singing, proverbs … Rich arts such as songs , music, sculpture, painting, dancing, and performance ,..  Their traditional costume is Ao Dai .
