Traffic problems are one of the biggest problems facing Vietnam. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using vehicles on the road, especially during rush hour when everyone is in a hurry to go to work or home. The next problem is poor quality path. The path is too narrow, bumpy and bumpy. Every day, more and more accidents happen by careless drivers such as driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets. Therefore, the solution to the current traffic problems is to improve roads, limit going out at rush hour and each person needs to have a sense of good observance of traffic laws.

Each person has his/ her own ways to stay healthy. First, you'd better get enough exercise and play your favorite sport. Outdoor activities are very necessary for you to develop your health. Second, you should eat healthy food, such as fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. Third, I think bycycling is also a great way to stay healthy. It'll help you lose weight. And it also helps you discover many interesting things in our life nowadays. Then, don't work too hard because it might make you tired and sleepy.
