• Firstly,there are many instances of kids or teenagers using foul language, engaging in sexual intercourses or participating in violent showdowns to copy what they see in movies, music videos and wrestling matches. Teenagers can also be lured into drug use, owing to the over-circulation of music that promotes drug use and movies that make drug use seem like a “cool” or normal thing to do. Aggressiveness, violence, or even worse, self- destructive behaviors are all result of too many TV sections during childhood.
• Secondly, too much TV is linked to numerous health hazards. If you just sit down and watch TV exclusively without ever get up to exercise a bit or do something else, high chances you are putting your health at serious risks. Obesity, fatigues, depression, or even worse, heart diseases and diabetes ,just to name a few of the bad effects your dear television could play on your body.
• Finally, it also affects social interactions. People who watch too much TV are socially inept, or “introverts”. They are withdrawn in social settings, lack the confidence to speak up and cannot hold or start a conversation with strangers. Nothing interests them much like the television itself.
• In conclusion, the television is an integral item in our lives. If the whole system were to be shut down, there is not telling how boring the world would be. Like most things, television only becomes harmful when it is overused. So schedule your time correctly and never let television or any other kind of technology takes a toll on your life. Enjoy safely, and make the best out of it whenever you could.

Television is popular now day.People love watching it,they can watch it all the time ,from morning to evening.From children to older people love watching TV.Beside,there are some disadvantages of television.Firstly,If you watch TV too much,your eyes will myopic or have an eyestrain.Secondly,television makes us antisocial, taking the place of family and friends.Lastly,If you watch TV too much,you will be able to be fat.I think television is not good for our health .Instead of watching TV,why you don't hang out with your friend?Thank you for reading.
