DAILY ROUTINE

Describe your daily routine? Does your life change much from week to week?

My day starts at 8.00 a.m because I usually go to bed lately so I wake up quite late in next morning, so that I usually do not have time to do exercise. After doing some hygiene and eating quickly breakfast, I go to work at 8:30 a.m, my working time starts from 9.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m, I take an afternoon nap from 12pm to 1 pm, I often have a quick lunch with my colleagues. After working time, on the way to come home I pass a market near my house and buy something for dinner. After dinner, I usually surf web and watch some favorite films and go to bed quite late at 1:00 a.m Recently , my life does not change much from week to week, I often stay at home in the weekend but sometimes I go out with my friends or my family.

What is your typical weekend like? Do you have any free time during the week?

After a exhausted week, I always want to sleep late in moring in the weekend to recharge energy for working hard next week .After wake up, I usually go out to find somethings for my breakfast and buy some fruits and snacks that I like. I love feeling to lie on my bed to watch some interesting film and enjoy my favorite fuits and snack until I am sleepy. Although it is really a lazy day of me, but it makes me comfortable and to ready for next week. On another hand, if there is any interesting books, I also spend my weekend to reading all day. Sometimes, I go to some beautiful view place with my family or my close friends. But most of weekend time, I stay at home.

Every day, I always get up at six o'clock. Firstly, I brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I cook breakfast. Secondly, I go to school at 7.00 A.M. At school, I study alot of subjects such as: Math, Vietnamese, English,ect. I have lunch at school in the canteen. I often have lunch with rice, pork, soup and water. In the afternoon, I study PE in the yard, we are going to do exercise and then play exercise. Boys often play football, badminton. Girls usually play skipping in the playground, some girls walk around the yard to chat. I go back home at 4.30 P.MI. I play chess with my friends in the stadium, it help me relax and more imtelligent. then I go back home at 6 o'clock. I have dinner at 7 o'clock and then do homework. I go to bed at 10 P.M
