⇒ We spend free time doing volunteer work. (cấu trúc spend+V_ing)

⇒ Today, many ethnic minority student have to study in a boarding school. (cấu trúc have to+V chỉ sự việc phải làm do ngoại cảnh gây ra)

⇒ Viet Nam is a multicultural country with 54 ethnic groups. (sử dụng mạo từ "a" với danh từ bất định)

⇒ The Thai have a population of about one and a half million people. (mình cũng không rõ đây là cấu trúc gì nữa, nhưng có trong SGK trang 32 đó:))))
