My favorite sport is soccer, known as football in most parts of the world. Soccer captivates me for several reasons, ranging from its global appeal to its simple yet profound gameplay.

        I would like to talk about my favorite sport, which is football, the king of sport to everyone in Vietnam.

I first knew about it when I was 15 years old. It was my classmates who invited me to join his football club with other friends in his neighborhood. I had a great time with them, for sure. 

I used to play it after school with my friends as it was the only free time I have for the whole day. Nowadays I am pretty busy with my work and study so I had to give up the hobby. But sometimes if I have a long holiday I will arrange a small football match with my old classmates. Those football matches often end with us being in a small restaurant where we drink and chit-chat. 

I love this sport for several reasons: First, it helps to improve my physical and mental health. Second, I can also learn teamwork skills which are crucial in all aspects of life. Last but not least, since I started playing this sport, I have made a lot of friends who are now my best playmates.

Nhưng đôi khi nếu tôi được nghỉ dài ngày, tôi sẽ sắp xếp một trận thi đấu bóng đá nhỏ với các bạn học cũ. Những trận đấu bóng đá như vậy thường kết thúc ở một nhà hàng nhỏ, nơi chúng tôi uống rượu và trò chuyện rôm rả.

Tôi yêu môn thể thao này vì một số lý do: Thứ nhất, nó giúp cải thiện sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần. Thứ hai, tôi cũng có thể học kỹ năng làm việc nhóm – một kỹ năng rất quan trọng trong mọi khía cạnh của cuộc sống. Cuối cùng nhưng không kém phần quan trọng, kể từ khi tôi bắt đầu chơi môn thể thao này, tôi đã có rất nhiều bạn bè, những người bây giờ là những người bạn thân nhất của tôi.
