Last October, I witnessed a terrible flood in Quang Binh. I was sitting down to eat when the TV aired news about the floods in the central of Vietnam. They said that this flood was so huge that it could be considered the largest in history. After hearing this news, I felt quite worried when the flood occurred. We were evacuated to higher ground by the authorities and volunteers, and they informed us about some measures to cope with the flood. Widespread flash floods and landslides occurred here, causing significant damage to people and property. There were many volunteers and sponsors who helped the people in the central of Vietnam overcome the difficulties. After this natural disaster, I felt deep sympathy for those who lost their lives in this flood.
