Answer: Well, I’m not a picky eater and I can eat like the whole universe. But if I have to choose the food from only one country that I'll eat for the rest of my life, I'll choose China. OK, I won’t eat dogs, but China is an agglomeration of regions that differ wildly. Cantonese food that’s familiar to a Brit. Szechuan for some spice. Noodles, dumplings, steamed bread, all kinds of things.

What are your favorite dishes? My favorite dish is pork dumplings.
