The doctors send to me many advices about my health because I'm in puberty. They said many teenagers are obese because of eating too much junk food, and it is a bad for the next generation. I think they are right, and I will change my lifestyle. Teenagers are at the same age as mine should have a balanced diet and healthy habit. If we do that well, we don't have obesity in our age.

Last week, because of a sore throat, I went to the doctor. After the examination, the doctor told me:
- You have a sore throat because I drink too much ice.
After that, the doctor prescribed me a prescription with a message: "Do not eat or drink like something too cold because it will not be good for the teeth and throat"
