Exercise 1:

Paragraph 3. I really like the film Forrest Gump. It is a romantic

comedy with the acting of Tom Hanks.

Paragraph 4. It’s about the life of a stupid ugly man, Forrest and

his love for a neighbor girl, Jenny. The film is moving and

hilarious. The ending is happy, because they have good life and a

son.

Paragraph 1. I think that the film is so wonderful from actor,

actress to visual, music.

Paragraph 2. The acting of two characters is very good. The

music is interesting and suitable for film content. The visuals are

beautiful with scenery of countryside, crowded cities in USA.

Critics say that the film is the best film with moving scenes and

meaningful messages.

Exercise 2:

I like a lot of film but my favorite film is Harry Potter and the

Sorcerer's Stone. This is a fiction film which was directed by Chris

Columbus. It stars Daniel Radcliffel. The film is about an 11-year-

old boy named Harry Potter. After his parents died, he was sent

to the house of his aunt, the Dusley family. However, the boy was

mistreated and did not know his true identity. On Harry's 11th

birthday, a giant named Rubeus Hagrid came to him to take him

to Hogwarts Magic School. At this point, Harry knows that he is a

witch and is part of the story of his parents being killed by

Voldemort. Along with his intelligence and courage, he and his

friends (Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley) discover

dangerous secrets about the magical world. Critics say it is very

shocking but it is a must see. I agree because the story is

interesting and the acting is excellent. The special effects,

pictures and music are also amazing and attract a lot of people.

The film has been nominated for numerous awards, including the

Oscar for best soundtrack, best production design and best

costume design. From the story, I learned something about love,

friendship, against all the bad things. That's why this movie has

become my favorite film ever.
