My Favorite Dish is Pizza. I have never made it, but have eaten it a lot. Recipe: 1.Take pizza base. (You can make your own using white flour for making the dough and keep it for some time to let it ferment) 2. Then put a layer of tomato sauce on it and then cover the base with grated mozzarella cheese. 3. Then put the toppings as you like (Veg or Non-veg) 4. Put some more mozzarella cheese gratings and some processed cheese gratings. 5. Keep the preparation in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes. 6. Take it out and have cheesy Pizza. :) You can also use cheese inside the crust of the pizza, like make one thin layer of the pizza base, cover it with processed cheese then put another layer of pizza base and pack it. Then you can use the above process.
