Oh, hi! How are you today? I've recieved your email. And you tell that you had flu some days ago. And now, I'll give you some advices:

Firstly, you should stay at home because now, the weather is very cold and dry so it will make you feel more tired. Also, eat more fruit and eat less junk food. The last one is you should do more excersise because excersise  is very important for our health. If we don't have a good health, we can do anything.

Dear Hoa,

I think you should eat less junk food. You should eat more vegetables, fruit and do more exercise in everyday. Yo can join the aerobics club or sports club too. It's will hepl you stronger . If you don't do morning exercise , play sports , eat less fast food, you will fatter before. It;s not good for health. Easy to remember it, right ?
