My favourite leisure activity is badminton. There are some reasons why I like it. First, I can improve my health by playing it. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Furthermore, I enjoy the feeling of the badminton with best effort to beat my opponents in each match. Besides that, I have a chance to make friends with the others when I play badminton. I often play it with various kinds of people. We can also improve our social skills through discussion and pratice. We can talk about many interesting things when we have a break, too. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as football or volleyball. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. To sum up, playing badminton has a lots of benefits. We are not only physical but mental as well and this is a reason I like playing badminton best.

First of all, I usually like playing some sports like: swimming, badminton,.....After that, I will listen to music. My favorite music genres are Pop and EDM. Besides, I also like watching movie. I like to watch Korean, Chinese and American movies because there are many famous actors in these movies. I also like to watch American movies so that I can practice speaking and listening for my English. Second, in my free time, I also usually read books.
