Flan is a very delicious and easy dish to make. First, you need sugar and water, cook it in medium-low heat. Squeeze half of a lemon and wait until the mixture is liquefied and change color into golden. Turn off the oven and carefully pour a thin layer of hot caramel in molds. Let it cool . Then, in a large bowl, beat eggs with condensed milk, sugarless milk and 3 tsp of vanila extract until smooth. Finally, pour egg mixture on the caramel layer and steam in 30-40 minutes. Make sure it fully cooked before you eat. It's better if refrigerated.
