Exercise and sports are activities that help the body stay healthy, have good resistance... Students often exercise or do sports after school or do not have time to exercise or do sports. So when at school, in the morning, the school gives students exercise and has physical education classes to help students not sit too long in the chair during 5 lessons. But students usually only do exercise and sports at those times. In my experience, I think students should exercise and play sports at school for the following reasons:

1.Exercise helps students to be physically active after a long time sitting in the classroom

When studying in class, students usually study for 2 lessons, then take a break, and then study for 3 lessons. Sitting in class for a long time will make students tired, make the spirit sluggish, make the learning efficiency not high. Therefore, it is necessary to have physical education classes so that students can be physically active between classes to have a better learning spirit.

2. Exercising at school helps students not feel sluggish while studying

During class time, students will feel the lessons are very boring and feel sleepy while studying. Therefore, physical education classes will help students feel less sleepy and will focus on studying later in the class.
