Academic pressure is a problem attracting the attention of society. So, what is the cause of this phenomenon? What impact does it have on our lives? In my opinion, the pressure to study comes from the mentality of most Vietnamese people attaching importance to degrees. Since then, a part of parents as well as schools, because they want their children and students to get high scores, set too many requirements, causing pressure on students. This phenomenon has many negative consequences. First of all, it deprives children of the opportunity to play and participate in physical activities when they have to spend too much time studying. At the same time, when children do not meet expectations and are scolded and blamed by adults, children are easily born with low self-esteem, depression and even depression. In fact, not long ago, public opinion was stirred up by the incident of a female student who committed suicide after being scolded by her parents for poor grades. In the face of this phenomenon, we all need to be aware of the pressure to study, so that we can behave in accordance with ourselves as well as the learning of those around us. The role of learning is undeniable. But we also need to balance learning as well as play to get the best results.
