I will tutor young children in the orphanage because they are very poor. The reason I do it is because abandoned children do not have adequate education, being abandoned by their parents is already a big pain for children but if children do not go to school, it will be more difficult. Learning is very important for young children. First, if children are fully educated, they will have a stable job so that later they can support themselves. Second, if children are properly taught, they will have a good quality of life. And the last thing is full education helps children to change themselves, dare to stand up to speak their opinions in life. So I want to set up a classroom for orphans so that they can get a full education and become geniuses in the future.

The future of each nation and of the whole humanity depends on the care and education of the young generation; depends on the health, intelligence, capacity... of the young generation. In the "Letter to students on the opening day of school", Uncle Ho wrote: "Will the countryside of Vietnam become glorious or not, will the Vietnamese people be gloriously equal to the great powers of the five continents, is the thanks in large part to their education." Children are the ones who will decide the future and position of each nation in the international arena.

b. Through the issue of child protection and care, we can realize the level of civilization and partly the nature of a society.

The issue of child protection and care is receiving appropriate attention from the international community:

- In 1989, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child was born, which recognized basic rights of children such as groups of survival rights, groups of rights to protection, groups of rights to development and groups of rights to participation. This Convention demonstrates the respect and concern of the international community for the child, which is a necessary condition for the child's full development in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding.

- In 1990, the World Declaration... set out specific and comprehensive tasks to protect and care for children along with a detailed action plan on each basic aspect. This declaration once again demonstrates the international community's due regard for the rights and future of children.

b. The issue of child protection and care is of particular concern to the Government of Vietnam. Vietnam is the second country in the world to sign and ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. After the World Summit on Children in 1990, the Council of Ministers of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam decided on the Action Program for the survival, right to protection and development of Vietnamese children. from 1991 to 2000, made a part of the country's socio-economic development strategy and plan.

On the basis of those development guidelines and strategies, local authorities at all levels have drawn up specific plans and actions to ensure children's rights, such as economic support policies for poor children to help them achieve their goals. they can go to school, pay attention to building facilities, schools, teaching equipment... to improve the quality of education, call on social organizations and people to contribute to building schools and classrooms , helping disabled children, contributing funds for the poor, for children infected with Agent Orange, encouraging the opening of love classes, centers for orphans, disabled and wandering children helpless Are you happy and welcome the efforts of the international community, the Government of Vietnam... on this issue?
