I think that the most rewarding activity right now, the only relaxing activity is playing soccer. This is a popular game that is easy to play, brings laughter, strength training, and sometimes even gets to see the eye candy. Helping the body to be supple, avoid laxity. My friends these days just stay indoors, using phones, watching TV but not still moving, making the body easily weak, unable to respond to influences such as our father, when we carry things around, we are weak.
