You know, family tradition is a very important and valuable thing. Like others families, we have our own interesting traditions.

First at all, ancestor worship, an tradition, is a ritual practice paying tribute to deceased family members and an expression of filial piety toward relatives and ancestors. This action has been passed down by my ancestors from generation to generation. We always worship them with the hope of bringing the best to the family. On the worship day, my family has a tray filled with five types of fruits placed on the ancestral altar. The altar may also be decorated with a branch of peach blossoms to drive away evil spirits.

Secondly, we have the custom of doing morning exercise at 6.am together. My family always get up early and follow this custom regularly. Thanks to doing it, we can have a nice body, improve health and connect family members more.

We all enjoy these customs and traditions because they provide our family with a sense of belonging. That’s all.
