    Hello everyone, today I will introduce myself. My name is ......,I'm 13 years old and I'm currently studying at Le Quy Don secondary school. Besides studying at school, I have a lot of different hobbies and activities. In my free time, I often play sports such as volleyball, badminton, soccer, table tennis, swimming, basketball,......It's help me relax after a stressful class. Besides playing sports, I also like to listen to music, read stories, read novels,... Then,  I usually cook food, clean the house, wash the dishes,....every evening. The things I don't like are sleeping late or looking at my phone and computer because they will make me tired and not healthy. I usually go to bed very early and also never look at my phone much. I used to be nearsighted so I don't want to have it again. Therefore, please don't stay on the phone for too long or sleep late.

    Xin chào các bạn, hôm nay mình sẽ giới thiệu về bản thân. Em tên ......, 13 tuổi hiện đang học trường THCS Lê Quý Đôn. Ngoài việc học ở trường, tôi có rất nhiều sở thích và hoạt động khác nhau. Những lúc rảnh rỗi, tôi thường chơi các môn thể thao như bóng chuyền, cầu lông, bóng đá, bóng bàn, bơi lội, bóng rổ, ...... Nó giúp tôi thư giãn sau giờ học căng thẳng. Ngoài chơi thể thao, tôi còn thích nghe nhạc, đọc truyện, đọc tiểu thuyết, ... Sau đó, tôi thường nấu ăn, lau nhà, rửa bát, .... vào mỗi buổi tối. Những điều tôi không thích là ngủ muộn hoặc nhìn vào điện thoại và máy tính vì chúng sẽ khiến tôi mệt mỏi và không có lợi cho sức khỏe. Tôi thường đi ngủ rất sớm và cũng không bao giờ nhìn vào điện thoại nhiều. Tôi đã từng bị cận thị nên không muốn mắc lại nữa. Vì vậy, xin đừng ngồi nghe điện thoại quá lâu hoặc ngủ muộn.

Everyone has their own preferences. And my hobby is drawing. I think my life would be boring without painting. I started learning to draw when I was 7 years old. The one who recognized my talent in painting was my father. Dad sent me to drawing classes right after that. With my innate ability and early exposure to painting, my drawing skills are much better than those of the same age. I will redraw interesting things that I meet every day. When I have time, I will draw portraits of the people I love and give them. Everyone loves the paintings I draw. Painting helps me feel lost and tired. I can sit all day in my room and draw whatever I want. Painting helps me relieve stress and love life more. Seeing the different vibrant colors makes me feel like my life – filled with color. Painting is a part of me. I think I will pursue it until the end.
