My family is famous for being a family with rules and regulations in the house. Of course, a hyperactive kid like me doesn't like that. My house has a total of 5 rules. Hi, i'm Nguyen i'm 15 years old. My family have 5  people, my father, my mother, 2 sister and me. As you know, now the technology is extremely advanced with smartphone, computer game or television... it is very convenient and useful, and it have many advantage, like you can search every thing on internet, you can relax by online games, chat with your friends and suft the facebook. But it not just have the advantage, it have more disadvantage than you can imagin. the green light can hurt your eyes, or may be you can be myopic, you may be adicted to game online and then you won't study, your study result will not good. Because of all that disadvantage, my family makes computer rules. First, we can only play the computer for 1 hour in a day, if we play overtime, tomorrow  we will be deducted from the amount of time we played over yesterday. Second , we can use the computer for as long as we want if we use it to study. And finally, when using computers, we have to stay 1m away from the screen to avoid eye pain and myopia.
