`→`Câu tường thuật của câu phát biểu : S + say(s)/said + (that) + S + V

`4.` He wondered why I hadn't phoned him.

`→`Wh-Questions : S + asked(+O)/wanted to know/wondered + Wh-words + S + V.

`to` Câu tường thuật ở dạng câu kể: S+ say(s)/ said+ (that)+ S+ V(lùi thì).

`to` Yes/No questions: S+asked/wanted to know/wondered+if/wether+S+V.

`to` Wh-questions: S + asked(+O)/wanted to know/wondered + Wh-words + S + V.

`to` Câu tường thuật ở dạng câu mệnh lệnh: 
`to` Khẳng định: S + told + O + to-infinitive.

`to` Phủ định: : S + told + O + not to-infinitive.
