In many people opinion, when they choose their career or their job, the most essential thing is the money they earn. Nevertheless, having a high income is not good at all. If you want to earn a lot of money, you need to work hard for your work so it makes you tired and stress. From my point of view that job satisfaction and hamonious workplace are other important consideration.

First and foremost job satisfaction is a very significant choice when choosing a job. If you choose suitable career, you will very happy and delighted with your work. For instance, a person earing less with suitable work will live more happier than a person making many money but the job is extreme stress, hard and uncomfortable . Moreover, having suitable work is as that you can do your passion so the quality of work will be increase. Thus, job satisfaction is much necessary than a high income.

Second, another essential that you need to consider is having hamonious workplace. Working in a hamonious environment will help you grow your career. In fact, if your colleagues, friendship, family support you it is more worthy than having a high salary. They support you, support for your career growth and you will easy to go to higher position.
