Whether people should continue their work once they reach retirement age or not is a argument of great debate. "Money is the worst discovery of human life; it is the most trusted material to test human nature". Human work through out their life in order to just fulfill the basic necessities of life. However, some people do jobs to gain experience and wants to serve the nation. I am completely agree with the given statement and shall explore the same from various aspects in the following paragraphs.

To commence with, on average, an individual works for almost twenty-five to thirty years before his or her retirement. This time span is quite long enough and by the time they reach the age of 55 or 60 most of them have already worked hard and fulfilled their responsibilities like providing education to their children and saving enough for their retirement. Therefore, after retirement individuals need time for themselves to enjoy their life. They should spend this time for travelling to new places and also in physical activities like Yoga and Meditation that can improve their health. To illustrate further, according to a recent survey by World Health Organization, people who retire at the age of sixty and do not work after that were 30% happier than those who continue to work after retirement.

Although,unemployment have been one of the severe issues in the developing country. Moreover, retirement age has been introduce in the law in order to break the deadlock cycle by providing the employment to upcoming future of the country:youth.However, pursuing to work after retirement will not provide a chance to young people to show their caliber, skills and would not allow them to gain experience in any profession.Rather senior employees can train their juniors and provide their advise in any crucial circumstances; who wants to serve their nation after retirement also.

To conclude, once individuals reach the age of retirement they have worked enough and they should spend the rest of their lives doing activities that make them happy. Moreover, they can help youngsters in achieving their life goals.
