Yellow sticky rice  is one of the most famous traditional food in VIetnam. And it's not difficult to make it. The essential ingredients need to make yellow sticky rice  are: sticky rice <500g>, three tbsp extract turmeric,   one cup shredded coconut, and 1/4 tsp salt. To gegin with, you must soak sticky rice with water for five hours or more and wait for the time goes by. then, you have to raise the rice and drain it. Mix well w/ turmeric extract and wait for ten minutes. the next action you have to do is adding coconut with salt and mix it well. After that, steam it for about 30 minutes and check cooked. Finally, serve it with salads and tomatoes if you want. I thick it's worth in making yellow sticky rice . Thank you!!!
