Around the world, all dishes have their own original and in each nation have different definitions about cuisine as well as how to taste it. For me, fish and chips are common dishes and very famous in England that I can't forget its taste when I had the first bite. When you visit England, that dish is the thing that can't be missed by the taste, flavor and the original of the dish. The raw fish is first cut into small slices and then fried with extra virgin olive oil for about 10-20 minutes depending on the thick of the fish. The chips or French fries are also deep-fried in the oil until it is ready to serve. About the dish, you can eat it in every corner of the world and once you taste it, you won't find a way out of your addiction to this food. 

Of all the dishes that I like, my favorite is the butter egg dish.

The reason that I like this dish is because it brings a rich flavor between melted butter and eggs, creating a sweet and delicious condiment that is also beneficial for the body. I also eat them often but only 4 times a week. Eating eggs also causes heat in the body.
