I think that's for sure someone stabbed him because he was wearing a helmet at the scene but still bleeding from the head. After a while, a car came and they took him to the hospital. After witnessing everything, my mother said: "People walk with helmets and still bleed, next time if you go on the highway alone, remember to stay in the right lane and look first. look after you cross the street."
