Sorry to hear that you are ill. Don't worry. I had last week and I'm much better now. This is the advice the doctor give me.

First, you should go to bed early, check temperature and drink lots of water. Keep warm and take a rest can make you feel better. 

Next, you shouldn't go out and open the windows. It can make you colder. Don't do any housework.

Don't go out and try to rest if you ca. You shouldn't open the door, because there may be some cold winds which makes your cold become bad.
