I like to celebrate my birthday with family and best friends.Value of the gift for me does not matter.More important is that people remember about you and your birthday. I do not invite best friends to my birthday party because I believe that real friends remember this date themselves.

Last month, Lan, one of my colleagues, invited me to his birthday party. He had just bought a new house at that time and it was quite spacious. The party started at 6 pm so I came a little bit earlier to help him prepare for the party. We set the tables and chairs out in the garden and roasted the meat. There was also a small pool for the kids to play in. Around 6:15, people started to arrive. For the opening of the party, he made a short speech, all of the guests toasted, and then we enjoyed the party.  The beef was top-notch! He had ordered it from a famous restaurant. The most interesting part was that we played some childhood games like “Musical Chairs” and “Treasure Hunt”, which made us laugh a lot. I didn’t think that his birthday party could be fun like that. He is such a funny man. I hope we can be friends for a long time in the future.
