When students spend too much time on computers, their physical health could suffer. Students can develop repetitive strain injuries if their computer stations are incorrectly designed or sized for them. Also, staring at a computer screen for excessive amounts of time can harm children's eyesight.Inappropriate computer use can cause muscle and joint pain, overuse injuries of the shoulder, arm, wrist or hand, and eyestrain. Children can experience particular physical and psychological problems if they play computer games too much.Increased technology use has the potential to create social disconnection for young and older children alike, which can negatively impact the development of social and relational skills. Recent research has shown that screen time is negatively associated with social skills development in toddlers.Some of the positive effects are faster communication, an organization of data and information, computerization of tasks, and easier access to the information. Some of the negative effects of computers are human's break their social interact with friends and families, cause back problem, depression, and poor health.
