Floods are among the deadliest catastrophes in the world. The damage it causes is not only property but also people. Vietnam is one of the countries in the world severely affected, especially in Central Vietnam.
The floods destroyed land, rice fields, houses, and damaged facilities in Central Vietnam. Although the Government and people always support and accompany people suffering from natural disasters, it will take a long time before they can restore their normal lives, floods will return. This year, with the floating house regime, many households completely overcome the flood, this is definitely a project that needs to be deployed and developed in our country. I hope that in the future Vietnam will have a more effective solution and that the people of the central region will have a better life.

Lũ lụt là một trong những thảm họa chết người nhất trên thế giới. Thiệt hại mà nó gây ra không chỉ là tài sản mà còn cả con người. Việt Nam là một trong những quốc gia trên thế giới bị ảnh hưởng nặng nề, đặc biệt là miền Trung Việt Nam.
Lũ lụt đã tàn phá đất đai, ruộng lúa, nhà cửa, hư hỏng cơ sở vật chất ở miền Trung Việt Nam.  Mặc dù Chính phủ và nhân dân luôn ủng hộ, đồng hành cùng đồng bào bị thiên tai nhưng phải rất lâu nữa họ mới khôi phục được cuộc sống bình thường, lũ lụt sẽ quay trở lại. Năm nay, với chế độ nhà nổi, nhiều hộ dân vượt lũ hoàn toàn, đây chắc chắn là một công trình cần được triển khai và phát triển ở nước ta. Tôi hy vọng rằng trong tương lai Việt Nam sẽ có một giải pháp hữu hiệu hơn và người dân miền trung sẽ có cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn.

It usually occurs in the rainy season and occurs most often in central Vietnam and coastal areas. It causes a lot of damage to people and property. First, killing people, livestock and poultry by the flood. Second, crop loss due to flooding. Humans become homeless and lose all their possessions. and many other damages caused by the storm. To prevent and fight against tropical storms, before it takes place, we must make preventive dikes, prepare adequate tools and food and other necessities. When storms occur, people must find safe shelters not to go out. After that, we have to overcome what hurricanes destroy, such as rebuilding houses, and many other things, if we live in that area, we should plant trees, protect the environment and many other practical things.
