The story is that I have a friend who is sick but for some personal reasons she cannot visit the doctor directly.

Because I am writing this letter for the doctor to review her medical condition. and give me some advice.
Recently, my friend has been suffering from severe abdominal pain in the appendix that she cut last month.

These pains usually don't last long and just need to take painkillers.

usually the pain appears more and more with a denser and more intense frequency, painkillers are also reducing their effectiveness, please give some advice about my friend's condition and the best treatment plan!

My friend isn't very well but she doesn't want to go to the doctor's . She has a toothache and it makes her feel hurt. This tooth was decay because she ate a lot of sweets and cakes . After that she didn't brush her teeth before went to bed . This morning she feels a lot pain in her teeth and she is afraid of going to the dentist . So I want to tell you what wrong with my friend and could tell her advice her to the dentist for checking her tooth . Thank for helping me.
