Sleep plays an extremely important role in our life. Getting enough sleep is important in maintaining our daily activities.

They can also feel sleepy when watching TV or reading book at their own home. To sleep better, people should get useful things if they want to sleep well. It is very necessary for them to have a soft pillow and a blanket. They also get some teddy bears if they want. People should not use smartphones and computers too much because they will have difficulty in getting into sleep. With the development of the world, people may not get enough sleep. They may work too late to get used to sleeping early. Noise pollution is one of the biggest problems that make people unable to sleep in big cities. Exposure to blue light from electronic devices causes sleeplessness among young people.
Getting a good night's sleep helps people protect the brain and prevent memory diseases. Therefore, people need to get enough sleep to protect their health.
People need to maintain enough sleep habits to have a healthy life. First, they need a comfortable and cozy place to sleep - a bed, one pilot and a warm blanket to fall asleep easily. Or people can put their favorite things near they, like a teddy, a doll, or many stuffed animals, it's another way to fall sleep deeply. But many people do not realize how important sleep is. They waste 8 hours sleeping for playing video games, surf the internet,...it is unhealthy for their daily life and it has a big effection on their works. Some people do not get enough sleep because they get to much caffeine, alcohol
and sleeping tablets. The caffeine in tea and coffee is a stimulant that prevents you sleeping well. Alcohol may make you drowsy, but your sleep will be very restless. Sleeping tablets are OK to
use occasionally, but not regularly. They stop working well and you may become addicted. In the end, I recommend you had better to have a good and deep sleep to balance your life!
