The other question I would answer yes. If people do not obey the netiquette, it will be a disaster. For example like Facebook when there is no netiquette we will show the other private picture or private information to the internet and that is really bad for the one who got the private thing out. Now, let go to the opposite idea. When we obey netiquette there will be rules that are good for us, those who not obey the rules are against the law. There are many websites that are against it, but the internet police will delete them soon. Nowadays, there are many hackers that stole a thousand money for a big company which is against the law.
