1, i am writing in reference to your invitation for comments about the services offered at the post office. generally, i think your services are very good quality. for example, the delivery is always the letters and newspapers puntual, especially the express moner transfer service. it is speedy and effective. the prices of the services is reasonable especially the flower telegram service. it is much better and cheaper than others. i highly appreciate the fact that the staff are helpful and courteous. 

on the other hand, i like the opening hours of the post office. it opens too late to close early.

moreover, the fascimale service seems to be very good. i fail to send some document last week.
