2. I'll have a new dress made.

= I'll get a new dress made.

3. Can you have this work done by your brother ?

= Can you get this work done by your brother ?

4. They have the story told again (by him).

= They get the story told again (by him).

5. They had the bag picked up by a boy scout.

= They got the bag picked up by a boy scout.
