Đối với Even though/Though/Although:  Even though/Though/Although + Chủ ngữ+ Động từ+Tính từ (nếu là động từ be)/trạng từ(nếu là động từ thường), Chủ ngữ+ Động từ.

Đối với Despite/In spite of:  Despite/In spite of+ Cụm danh từ,Chủ ngữ+ Động từ.

Cách dùng của because/because of:

- Because+Chủ ngữ+ Động từ+Tính từ (nếu là động từ be)/trạng từ(nếu là động từ thường), Chủ ngữ+ Động từ.

- Because of+ Cụm danh từ,Chủ ngữ+ Động từ.
