My favourite sport is badminton. I started to play it when I was 5 years old. I often play it with my parents and friends. I like it because playing badminton is so beneficial. First and foremost, playing badminton helps me keep fit. When playing badminton, I can prevent obesity. Secondly, playing badminton helps me relax after school. When playing badminton, I feel happy and cheerful, so my stress disappears. When I started to play badminton, I find it difficult to play, but my dad and my mom were always beside me. All in all, I like playing badminton in my free time.

My favorite sport is badminton. Each team consists of 2 players, each field consists of 2 to 4 players. Instruments for playing badminton are rackets, shuttlecocks, courts, nets. I usually play with my friends or my parents, sister and brother in leisure time on Saturdays and Sundays. Playing badminton helped me improve my observation skills and made me feel that life is good.  I like badminton because it is fun and helps me keep fit.
