I live in Vinh City. It’s a small city and there aren’t too many people but there are some traffic problems.

First, pedestrians cross the roads everywhere they want without looking carefully.

Second, a lot of people don’t wear helmet when riding motorbikes.

Third, many students and young people ride their bikes dangerously.

I think the main reason of these problems is that people’s awareness of road safety is not good. To travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs.

I have ever taken part in a lot of interesting festivals. But, the festival I feel the most impressive is Songkran festival – the water festival.

Songkran festival is the Thai New Year festival. It is a huge water party around Thailand and it takes place from April 13th to 15th. For Thai people, Songkran festival is the time of fun to welcome the new year and show the respect for water - the most important factor in the agricultural culture of Southeast Asia. During Songkran festival, people throw water on each other to wish for luck in the new year. In addition, it is a way to show respect, younger people often pour water over the palms of elders' hands. You can see the streets of the whole country quickly become a huge water fight. 

Songkran festival is a great time to learn about the culture and religion of Thailand and I love the festive atmosphere there. It is unforgettable. 

III. FILMS

My favourite film is Titanic. It is a romantic film. It stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet and it was directed by James Cameron. The film is about a disaster of the ship named Titanic. It sank in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Two main characters are Jack and Rose. They were from different worlds. Jack was poor and Rose was very rich. She engaged with a man that she didn't love. Jack met Rose on the ship and they fell in love. The love story ended with the death of Jack and a thousand passengers of the ship. I think this film is moving. I cried a lot at the end of the film.
