There was an extreme forest fire in many parts of Australia. In June of 2019, the fire has almost destroyed all the forests. It is said that the forest fire is caused due to global warming. Firstly, as of 9 March 2020, the fires burnt an estimated 18.6 million hectares, destroyed over 5,900 buildings, and killed at least 34 people. Secondly, The State of New South Wales was declared as an emergency state because there were record-breaking temperatures and drought-one of the natural disasters-is caused.   Nearly three billion terrestrial vertebrates alone – the vast majority being reptiles – were affected and some endangered species were believed to be driven to extinction. So what did the government of Australia do to help their people? Rescue workers have been sent to put out the forest fire and freed people and animals near the endangered areas. Many philanthropists, celebrities, and sportspeople have donated a lot of money to help and provide temporary accommodation and supplies for those who need it.

Jair Bolsonaro, the president of Brazil, is accused of starting forest fires to support land-based businesses and agricultural operations. The European Union has promised $22 million in humanitarian assistance to Amazonian countries affected by the fires to help them put out the flames. Since protesters take to the streets to rally, the Brazilian president has sent 40000 troops to help deter forest fires. This forest fire has affected so much on the Earth, so we must prevent it from happening again.
