Dear Karina!

I'm writing this letter to inform you of my new house, and would like to invite you to the party as well! You must be wondering why I moved right? My father has received an opportunity for a new position in his corporation, but due to the distance of our old home to the company being very far, we moved for a more favorable of his job! 
We finished unboxing the furniture and cleaning the house a few hours ago so now it looks modish, and just like a newly built house. And did I tell you, there's a garden! It's so refreshing and entertaining just sitting and reading a book.
